Designed,
Not Assembled.
Precision-engineered bioactive systems across supplements, personal care, sensory delivery, origin ingredients, and functional food ingredient actives — built on controlled release, validated mechanisms, and export-grade manufacturing.
Every Kapzo product is built as a system — not a blend.
ingredient partner
Not a contract manufacturer. A formulation systems company.
We don't blend ingredients — we engineer their release. Proprietary delivery technology applied across every platform gives your formulations a technical depth that commodity manufacturers cannot match. Controlled onset, sustained duration, targeted release — specified and confirmed per batch.
From KSM-66 Ashwagandha and Shatavari to spilanthol and shellac-grade lac, our supply chains draw on botanical raw materials structurally impossible to authentically replicate from non-Indian sources — providing a durable competitive moat for our customers globally.
Every SKU ships with COA, MSDS, TDS, allergen declaration, and a full regulatory dossier. Structured for all major international regulatory frameworks — without additional lead time or negotiation.
Each platform is built on the same core principle — engineered delivery, controlled release, and mechanism-driven design — applied across different product categories.

The technology behind
every Kapzo product
Five proprietary product platforms. One facility. The delivery science behind every Kapzo product — from white-label supplement formulations to sensory delivery systems, origin food ingredients, and functional food ingredient actives.
The foundation of Kapzo's formulation differentiation. Individual active ingredients are coated with precision protective systems — at controlled thicknesses and precisely defined specifications — producing release profiles that are verified and reproduced batch-to-batch. Release can be triggered by pH, time, temperature, moisture, or mechanical action. This is what separates a Kapzo formulation from a commodity blend.
Liquid extracts, botanical concentrates, oils, and emulsions converted into free-flowing, shelf-stable powders optimised for capsule, tablet, and RTM stick pack formats. Carrier systems are selected for the specific application — dispersibility, compression behaviour, moisture stability, and reconstitution speed. Used across the supplement, food ingredient, and sensory platforms. The JaggerPlus™ amorphous matrix stabilisation process is one output of this capability.
Multi-ingredient blends are processed to improve flow properties, reduce dust, eliminate segregation, and achieve uniform fill weights for high-speed capsule and sachet filling lines. Instantisation for RTM formats is a specific sub-capability — producing powders that fully disperse in cold water within seconds. Critical for consumer compliance in daily stick pack formats across the Kapzo Pro™ supplement range and the JaggerPlus™ and SatietyGLP Max™ RTM products.
Where a single capsule contains multiple active populations — each with a different release profile — particle size harmonisation is the critical manufacturing step that determines fill weight consistency and dissolution reproducibility. Without it, different-sized populations separate during blending and filling, causing dose variation across batches. Applied to HepaGuard Pro™, RespiCore Pro™, and multi-active sensory products across the KapzoSphere™ range.
